DACK is indicated for the acute and chronic treatment of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

The anti-inflammatory effects of DACK are believed to be due to inhibition of leukocyte migration and the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to the peripheral inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis. As prostaglandins sensitize pain receptor, inhibition of their synthesis responsible for the analgesic effects of DACK.

50 mg orally 2 to 3 times a day or 75 mg orally 2 times a day Maximum dose: 150 mg daily
