Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which acts on to inhibit the release of gastric acid from the parietal cells. Domperidone antagonizes the inhibitory effect of dopamine, resulting in stimulation of gastric muscle contraction.

One capsule once or twice daily , as suggested by your doctor.
