• Personal Information: If you create an account, log in, or contact customer support, we may collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, and medical profession (e.g., doctor, pharmacist, nurse, medical student, or representative).
• Storage Access Permission: The App requires access to your device’s internal storage to download, save, and maintain offline drug index files, dosage tables, and user bookmarks locally on your phone.
• Device & Log Data: When you access the App, our servers may automatically log standard information sent by your mobile device, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, search queries within the app, app crash reports, and usage timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

Magnus Pharma Pvt. Ltd. uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To maintain, update, and improve the accuracy of the drug index
• To manage user accounts and provide user
• To issue notifications regarding critical drug updates or software

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention Rights

In compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store developer policies, users have full control over their stored data:

• How to Request Account Deletion: If you created an account inside NIDS and wish to permanently delete your account and personal details:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the App, or
  2. Submit an email request to [email protected] with the subject line “NIDS Account Deletion Request”.
• Data Retention: Upon receiving your deletion request, all personal details associated with your user account will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 calendar days.

6. Security

We value your trust in using NIDS and strive to protect your personal information using commercially acceptable security standards. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children’s Privacy

NIDS is a professional pharmaceutical reference tool intended for adult users and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
