Magnus introduces GLIFAZ, our brand of Empagliflozin 5/10/25mg tablet.

GLIFAZ is a potent and selective sodium glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) ihibibitor used for the treatment of Type 2.GLIFAZ is a SGLT2 inhibitors which reduces glucose reabsorption from PCT increasing the urinary glucose excrection

Beyond the glycemic benefits, GLIFAZ has shown its non glycemic benefits as reduction in blood pressure, body weight, protein excretion and also has proven cardioprotective and renoprotective effect.

GLIFAZ is started with 10mg of once daily dosing and can be increased upto 25mg per day. It is generally taken in the morning. 5mg of GLIFAZ can be used in combination of ongoing metformin for the twice a day purpose.

GLIFAZ is available in alu-alu packaging of 3×10 tablets.
